Auction Location: Auction will be conducted offsite, regardless of weather,
in large arena with plenty of parking at the Valley View Equestrian Center.
Located north and east of property off of 56th St. at 5417 York Road, Stillwater, OK
(13⁄4 miles east of Hwy. 177 on 56th St.) Watch for signs day of auction.

Terms: $5,000 per tract or $25,000 for the entirety down day of auction.
Balance due at closing. Possession January 1, 2011. Surface rights only and
subject to existing road, utility and pipeline easements, if any.
Announcements made day of sale supersede previous advertisement.
Bidders will have the opportunity to bid on one or multiple tracts in
